Theres no local family butchers near me, only big supermarket ones. Id like to have some piggy cause this practice skin is hell.pig skins defo the way to go try a small local butcher for it cos some of the bigger comertial butchers and supermarkets use a machine to remove the skin from the rest of the meat and it causes little slits all over the skin witch makes it more difficult to clean etc a small butcher will be removing it with a knife it wont be as neat but the skin will be in better condition
